Made to order

Raijan Collection products are made after purchase through Printify and its print providers. Most orders enter shipment within 2–7 business days after submission to production. This is production time, not total delivery time; availability and busy seasons can extend it.

Delivery and charges

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Transit time depends on the product, provider, destination, and selected service. Production and carrier dates are estimates, not guarantees. We do not promise express delivery unless it is offered for your order. Items may arrive separately.

Tracking and delivery issues

Use the tracking details in your order updates when available. Check your address carefully before checkout. For delays, missing parcels, or address errors, contact lamab3056@gmail.com promptly with your order number. Address changes may be unavailable once production begins. Delivery problems are reviewed individually; additional charges may apply to a resend caused by an incorrect address, where permitted by law.

International orders

Available destinations appear at checkout. Customs processing can cause delays. Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be payable locally, subject to applicable law.
